Gemini initially shows the draft in a sidebar before it is inserted into the ongoing presentation with a click, automatically adopting the current slide design.

All three providers require at least a free basic account; for full AI functionality, it becomes paid with Copilot and Gemini. Those who incorporate contract or client data via linked files should check beforehand whether the company account allows automatic evaluation by the AI – for sensitive content, a quick inquiry with IT or data protection officers is advisable.
Despite all the speed, the same limit remains across all three tools: For complex technical content, precise numbers, or a fixed corporate design, Canva, Copilot, and Gemini only provide a first draft. Anyone who takes the slides unedited into an important presentation risks incorrect numbers or a layout that does not fit their brand – post-processing by a human remains mandatory with all three services.
