AI events and AI conferences

The calendar runs fully automatically: a service on api.beckmann.ai queries four open sources once a day, merges the results, removes duplicates and assigns each entry a continent. Nothing is added by hand – what you see here is what the source says.

• confs.tech — curated industry and practitioner conferences, maintained as an open GitHub repository.
• ai-deadlines — dates for the major research conferences, maintained by Hugging Face.
• ccf-deadlines — a second, independent collection of academic AI conferences.
• Luma — public calendar feeds of large community networks; this is where the meetups come from.

The list above is preset to Europe and sorted chronologically – the top entry is the next event. Major European AI conferences include World Summit AI in Amsterdam, dotAI in Paris and data2day in Cologne, plus a steady stream of meetups in Berlin, Munich, Zurich, Vienna, London and Amsterdam.

Anywhere from free to four figures. Community meetups are almost always free, industry conferences typically run 300 to 1,500 euros for two days, and academic conferences such as NeurIPS or ICML sit at 300 to 900 euros with student discounts. The exact price is on the linked event page.

“Conference” means industry and practitioner events with talks and an expo floor. “Research” means peer-reviewed academic conferences such as NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR or ACL – papers are presented there, not products. “Meetup” means free evening gatherings of the local AI community.

Dates are refetched automatically once a day; the date under “As of” shows the last run. Past events drop off on their own. If an event is missing, none of the four sources lists it – a note via the contact page helps.
